    Brother Abu Taubah you said:
“what should you study? you should for your first year study the Quraan.
Not arabic. study arabic after your study of Quraan and you will succeed in both. do it some other way and you are on your own. ”

What do you mean by “do it some other way and you are on your own”? Please elaborate, wa jazakallaahu khairan

  6. Abu Zayd says:

    Assalamu ‘Allaykum,

Jazakallah Khayr to the fiks crew…especially to brother Abu Taubah. May Allah protect.

I am am the brother from Seattle,WA. I did receive the ajrumiyyah audio cd and I did benefit from it. May Allah reward you. Insha’Allah it would be nice if we could have you here for sometime so we can benefit.

Also, I’ve noticed that there are a lot of students who are asking about traveling to mauritania but they lack the right contacts.

Insha’Allah if it is possible, it would be nice if the fiks crew could some find contacts for students who are already in mauritania, this way the questions won’t be repeated again and again.

    Keep up the good work.

  9. عبدالرزاق says:

How is Um Al-Qurah since the passing away of the Shaykh? What are the options for someone who wants to study out of the city?

  10. عبدالرزاق بن عثمان says:

    السلام عليكم أخي أبو بوبة,

What’s the situation on محظرة after the shaykh(رحمه الله)’s death?

  11. abu taubah says:

I dont know how much it costs nowadays. it is not like the usa. maybe if you waste money you will spend 300 a month with a small family and that should cover everything. but i know peole who are there now who had zero and now live comfortably. trust in Allaah take what you got go for it. and keep your eyes open for opportunity. no you cannot work there. you might be able to do some business but work no i dont think so.
    wallaahu ‘alam.

  12. abu taubah says:

    as salaamu alaykum
I just wrote but the machine ate my letter and i am not a heavy internet guy. Listen up. If you plan to go to mauritania you better be patient. Patient Patient. My big homie abdul azeez has been there for ten years and my little brother dawood has been there for 7. It aint like the states. go there if you dare walk around the streats and ask for the saudii masjid. they will point it out to you or walk you over there. look around until you see someone who looks like they are a student of knowledge or somewhat western ask them about the two people i just mentioned or Shaykh Muhamed Salums house in the city. They will know one or both and either way you have just found everything you need.

what should you study? you should for your first year study the Quraan.
Not arabic. study arabic after your study of Quraan and you will succeed in both. do it some other way and you are on your own.

If you have any other questions post em now.
